ATTENTION

THE CURRENT PROCESSING TIME AS OF April 1 2022 IS:

3-10 BUSINESS DAYS

Which means that if you ordered on or after this date, we estimate your order will ship out between this time period. 

Business days are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. The amount of time it may take to create your order may vary but we will try to get the purchase out between this time. Before you purchase please decide if our time range works for you to avoid disappointment. 

The processing time varies so make sure to check your receipt to see exactly when your purchase may ship. Also, after adding processing time add shipping time to get an estimated deliver time.

Processing Time + Shipping Time = Estimated Delivery Time.

TRACKING

The USPS does not always update tracking immediately upon drop off. You may see the item scanned in after hours in the early am, a few days after we drop the items off, not until it's delivered and in some rare cases not at all. You should receive your order before the estimated processing/shipping time.

Ready within 1-3 days and shipped via Priority Mail (only available to US customers)

LOST PACKAGES

Consider purchasing insurance for your package in the case of lost items as TWBS is not responsible for packages that have been marked delivered.

 RETURNED PACKAGES

If a package is returned by no fault of TWBS, we can reship it but will need to charge a new shipping fee (which you can find here). If you'd rather have a refund, we can refund it minus the shipping fee paid.

Because our items are handmade/custom made to order and due to sanitary reasons, at this time we do not offer refunds/exchanges.
